A Brooklyn-based organization for pediatric cancer patients is honoring students who've volunteered to better the lives of others across the borough. Camille Loccisano, whose son Frankie lost his battle with cancer, set up The Francesco Loccisano Memorial Foundation. She has selected 12 youths considered heroes in their communities. The award recipients include Billy Comis, who called 911 after his neighbor suffered a heart attack. A ceremony to honor the teens will take place on March 24.
