Mayor Michael Bloomberg delivered his annual State of the City address today from Morris High School in The Bronx. The speech marked Bloomberg's 11th as mayor, and focused largely on economic growth and education across the five boroughs. Major talking points included the redevelopment of Coney Island, as well a five-point teacher salary program. Bloomberg also disclosed plans to bring more jobs to the Brooklyn Navy Yard, and discussed the importance of the Nets' move from New Jersey.
