Police in West Haven say the body of a man was found by the New Haven Line.
Hector Polanco-Latorre, 41, was found deceased in the bushes on the side of Spring Street.
His body was recovered around 2 p.m. on Sunday.
Officers say they are not sure how long Polanco-Latorre's body was there.
