There is a sign in the lobby of 1555 Grand Concourse that reads: "Due to a fire in the boiler, heat service will be off for some time."
Two weeks since that sign was posted, residents are still without heat or hot water.
Several residents say they have reached out to 311 to no avail.
News 12 The Bronx has left messages with the building's owners, but the management has not responded yet.
