Bronx Community College hosts 3rd International Youth Festival

The third International Youth Festival was held on Saturday at Bronx Community College, offering a home to artworks from several Latin American countries.

The third International Youth Festival was held on Saturday at Bronx Community College, offering a home to artworks from several Latin American countries.
The artworks and paintings were created by 60 different artists. 
The theme of the collection was promoting peace through art.
The artists are from countries such as El Salvador, Ecuador , Mexico as well as Spain and Portugal. 
The arts festival was a joint effort between the United Nations Association of El Salvador and the consulate general of El Salvador in New Jersey. The collection of artworks were curated by Amado Mora
The purpose of this exhibit was to empower Hispanic and minority youths and provide a safe space for artistic expression.
The collection will be on display for the students at the Bronx Community College and it's also open to the public until February.
