A Bronx man has been arrested after police connected him to a major drug and prostitution ring on Long Island.
According to Suffolk County District Attorney Thomas Spota, 43-year-old Taquan Rashad supplied heroin to one of the alleged ring leaders, Sandra Russel, in Suffolk County. He says Rashad delivered the drug raw and uncut every couple of weeks.
A total of eight suspects are facing charges in connection with the bust.
