Bronx residents are being forced to endure another day of freezing temperatures and whipping winds.
Straphangers in Westchester Square bundled up for the morning commute, as they stepped outside to temperatures in the teens and single digits. Some say that even with plenty of layers, wind chills that dipped below zero made it difficult to breathe.
According to the National Weather Service, it's easy to get frostbite in the cold conditions if you're outside for just 30 minutes and urges everyone to stay bundled up or indoors.
