Bronx teen charged with attempted murder, accused of shooting at crowd in Concourse Village

A teen from the Bronx was charged with attempted murder for allegedly shooting at a crowd in Concourse Village.

Amauri Suarez, 18, was arrested Monday and is accused of carrying out the April 28 shooting just after 10:30 p.m. near Wythe Place and East 170th Street.

Authorities say Suarez allegedly fired multiple rounds at the group.

No one was struck by the gunfire, according to police.

Suarez faces additional charges including attempted assault, criminal possession of a weapon and reckless endangerment.
