Brookdale Hospital is celebrating its new outpatient infusion therapy center -- which aims to speed up treatments for busy patients who need to return regularly for some treatments.
The center houses private areas for chemotherapy, iron infusions, injections and other procedures.
It also has a special pediatric room.
The hospital did not disclose the cost of the new center, but says it was covered by its in-house capital budget.
