Brooklyn celebrated Latino heritage in the borough Thursday night at a ceremony held at Borough Hall.
Borough President Eric Adams acknowledged the contributions of Latinos in Brooklyn. One is Diana Reyna, his deputy borough president. Reyna is the first Latina to be a boroughwide official.
The ceremony also featured music and people in traditional clothing from their native countries.
