Lincoln High School won the city football championship defeating Erasmus Hall at Yankee Stadium Wednesday night.
Lincoln beat Erasmus 13 to 6 making the victory the team's third city championship in four seasons.
The team's head coach Shawn O'Connor says the players work hard for each win, and this year's title has been 364 days in the making.
Luis Rodriguez was Wednesday's star, scoring two touchdowns. Rodriguez made nine touchdowns for his team in the playoffs.
