A Brooklyn Heights barber shop is celebrating its 90th anniversary this year.
Over the years, The Cutting Den's clientele has included Truman Capote, Arthur Miller, James Dean, and other legends.
Family heirlooms like a razor from the 1930s can still be found throughout the shop. Even the chairs are pushing 90 years old.
Thomas Lamarca, whose grandfather opened the shop in 1926, says the customers have less star power these days, but he isn't complaining. And the 73-year-old barber isn't planning to retire any time soon.
