If you’re looking for something fun to do this weekend, the Center for Brooklyn History has you covered.
The Brooklyn miniatures exhibit at the Center for Brooklyn History is now on display.
Director of programs Marcia Ely calls it “quintessentially Brooklyn,” and reflects on how they came up with the idea.
"We started exploring the different artists who actually represent our landscape, our urban scenes, our brownstones, our Brooklyn neighborhoods, in their miniature art," says Ely.
The featured art includes work Danny Cortes, Aaron Kinard and Jack Giambanco.
The exhibit is open now through Dec. 9.
