Residents were heading out to Prospect Park to take advantage of the warm weather on Saturday.
With summer just ahead, some were walking their dogs, going for a run in the park, biking or visiting the Grand Army Plaza Greenmarket.
News 12 Brooklyn spoke with residents who shared that they are thrilled to finally get outside and enjoy the sunshine now that June is in full bloom.
The Greenmarket is open to the public for fresh fruits and vegetables every Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
