An annual giveback event for Brooklyn students offered new hairstyles, school supplies and fun for kids on Tuesday.
Diana Archer says she has put together this giveback event for the last nine years.  Archer says she made sure to provide for kids in Brooklyn who needed it the most - even during the COVID-pandemic.
Archer and many others provided school supplies, haircuts and hairstyles, as well as food and fun to kids in Flatbush.

Over 100 backpacks were given away on Tuesday, as well as just as many new hairdos for the kids.
The first day for New York City public schools is Thursday, Sept. 7.
