A personal trainer is a COVID-19 long-hauler despite living a very active lifestyle.
Lajune Singleton has been struggling with lingering effects since she was sick last March.
Singleton says she still feels chest pain, fatigue and brain fog months after recovering from the virus.
"You're in the middle of a sentence about to say something and literally you forget what you are going to say," Singleton said. "It is an adjustment because at times when my chest is hurting, my doctor recommends I don't do any upper body workouts or heavy lifting for two weeks and it's kind of hard when you are training clients."
Singleton says she continues to see her doctor and pulmonologist, who monitor her long-term symptoms.
She says she still needs some more time to make up her mind on getting the vaccine.
