A small business incubator heating up in the South Bronx is opening doors to new startups and entrepreneurs.
The Sunshine Bronx Incubator has opened in the historic Bank Note Building with space available for up to 400 people.
The center offers private desk space for about $300 a month, or shared desk space for about $200 a month.
The center is the sixth to open in the city, but the first one in The Bronx.
