Family and friends came together Wednesday night to remember a young hit-and-run victim on what would have been his 24th birthday.
Josbel Rivera was killed trying to cross Mosholu Parkway the day after Christmas last year.
Police are still searching for the driver responsible. In February, they released surveillance video of what they believe is the suspect setting fire to the car that hit Rivera.
