A Bronx man pleaded not guilty today to charges that he fatally stabbed his common-law wife back in February.Jose Victorino is accused of murdering 55-year-old Ana Hernandez. Police say her body was found stuffed in a closet at her Anderson Avenue apartment with a stab wound to the neck.Victorino's defense attorney says he plans to argue his client acted in self-defense. Hernandez's family members were in court today. They told News 12 The Bronx that they hope Victorino is brought to justice with a life sentence. Victorino is due back in court in July.
