The man accused of kicking a cat in the borough faced a judge Monday, and in the meantime, that kicked kitty found a new home.
Police say Andre Robinson, 21, can be seen in a video luring a cat in Bedford-Stuyvesant and proceeding to kick it several feet in the air.
Robinson was arrested after the video went viral. He was charged with aggravated animal cruelty.
The cat, King, was brought to the ASPCA in Manhattan last month after groups searched for and found him after watching the video.
King went up for adoption Sunday and was quickly picked up by a new owner, who asked to remain anonymous.
