A 69-year-old woman is recovering after her SUV flipped onto its side in Bushwick on Tuesday, police said.

Surveillance video shows a gray Toyota RAV4 crossing the intersection of Covert Street and Wilson Avenue before striking a parked Honda CR-V and tipping over.

Witnesses told News 12 firefighters had to break the windows to get the driver out. Police said she was conscious and alert when taken to Brookdale Hospital.

“She looked fine. Someone asked her how she was doing and she said she was OK,” one witness said.

The video does not show the SUV speeding, and police said the woman somehow lost control of the vehicle. Neighbors believe she may have been distracted or suffered a medical issue.

The owner of the parked car said it had to be towed to a garage.

No other injuries were reported, according to police.
