Members of the Little Rock Baptist Church celebrated their new sanctuary, which was destroyed in a fire last year, with a rededication ceremony.
As News 12 reported, the fire started on Oct. 12 after the Brownsville church had just renovated the sanctuary for the first time.
In addition to insurance money, many community members donated funds to help restore the building.
The church sanctuary now has new wood paneling, new paint, new carpeting and all-new windows.
Church members say they are extremely thankful to be able to worship in the new sanctuary.
