Citizen app video shows a police officer being wheeled into an ambulance after a crash in Midwood.

Two vehicles collided just after 5:30 p.m. at Bay Parkway and Avenue J, the FDNY says.

The officer was taken to Maimonides Medical Center.

The NYPD cannot confirm police involvement in the crash, and it says no civilians were injured.
