City Councilwoman Narcisse sworn in at South Shore High School in Canarsie

New York City Councilwoman Mercedes Narcisse was sworn in Saturday at South Shore High School in Canarsie.
Sen. Chuck Schumer performed the oath of officer - swearing in Narcisse, who now represents the 46th District.
Former Mayor Bill de Blasio, Reps. Yvette Clarke and Hakeem Jeffries also attended the ceremony.
Narcisse, an immigrant from Haiti, saus this is a dream in the making.
