The City Council is putting the final touches on a Web site it says will improve communications with Bronx and city residents.
The site, called CouncilStat, will allow residents to log a complaint or concern with the City Council. The site will also allow residents and council members to see patterns of specific complaints in different neighborhoods.
City Council Speaker Christine Quinn says CouncilStat will transform local government service.
The City Council says the Web site should up and running in all offices by the beginning of 2008.
