A new city Web site will now expose "slumlords" who neglect buildings across Brooklyn and New York City.
Public advocate candidate Bill de Blasio joined tenants in a rally on the steps of City Hall Sunday to draw attention to landlords with numerous violations against them. The "slumlord" includes 10 in Brooklyn.
"We think that will put the spotlight on these landlords," de Blasio says. "And shame them so they can do something right away."
