Cold weather again returned to the borough Tuesday, but some East New York residents say they won't let a bitter blast break their spring fever.
At Linden Park, residents wore hats, gloves and scarves while out running and walking.
"Nothing can stop me," says resident Ruby Davis. "Let me get out and exercise."
Hannibal Williams, another East New Yorker, says the cold air actually helps joggers breathe easier.
The chilly temperatures are expected to continue for most of the week.
Tuesday afternoon will range from the upper-30s to low-40s, according to forecasters, but temperatures will drop into the 20s overnight.
Wednesday will be slightly warmer with highs in the mid-40s, but winds will pick up and there's a chance of showers at night, meteorologists say.
