Some residents in Clinton Hill say a year after the Metropolitan Transportation Authority promised them better bus service, there still aren't enough local buses.
In response to complaints, the MTA introduced a new schedule in September that added 24 additional buses to the B38 line. However, commuters say the B38 remains unreliable, forcing them to find alternative modes of transportation.
"Sometimes I find myself running to the G train after waiting for about 15 minutes," says Regina Bouguyon.
Transportation officials claim that the B38 route is very difficult to operate because it runs along narrow streets that are frequently blocked by double-parked vehicles.
