Con Edison and NYCHA are teaming up to bring e-bike charging stations and storage areas to four NYCHA developments – including the Van Dyke Houses in Brooklyn.
It's part of a pilot program that will test if the use of e-bikes and scooters will increase after the installation of chargers and storage.
The data collected will determine if carbon levels will drop as New Yorkers opt for e-bikes rather than cars.
