Jury selection in Connecticut in a defamation case against conspiracy theorist Alex Jones brought forth by parents of Sandy Hook shooting victims was suspended on Tuesday.
The selection was postponed after Jones' attorneys filed motions to move the entire case to bankruptcy court.
The motion comes just days after Jones' parent media company filed for bankruptcy.
Parents of children killed at Sandy Hook during a school shooting in 2012 sued Jones for defamation after the radio host claimed the shooting was a complete hoax that involved hired crisis actors.
The attorney for the Sandy Hook families calls the moves a stall tactic but says his clients will wait as long as it takes to see justice.
