Police have arrested a man for allegedly groping a woman on a Bronx subway.
According to authorities, 22-year-old William Mitchell began touching the 25-year-old inappropriately while also touching himself on the northbound 2 train April 20.
Cops say the man fled when the train pulled into the station at White Plains Road and East 241st Street, but not before the victim snapped his picture on her phone.
Mitchell has been charged with forcible touching.
