More than 150 correction officers rallied on the steps of City Hall Monday, demanding reforms to keep them safer.
The correction officers union was lashing out at the Mayor Bill de Blasio and the Department of Correction commissioner. 
Correction officers held up images showing gruesome injuries that many have sustained.
Their demands come in the wake of an attack on a correction officer by Rikers Island inmates Thursday evening.
