Crowds of kids turn out for junior carnival

Before Brooklyn's popular West Indian Day Parade on Labor Day, youngsters were enjoying the festivities Saturday at the junior carnival.
The West Indian American Day Carnival Association has been putting on Labor Day's big event for 15 years, but they've made sure children have their fun, too.
Culture from many different nations came together to celebrate life, love and family, hoping to introduce their young ones to traditions they can carry on.
After a day of partying for the kids, the adults have a day to recharge before Monday's festivities.
