The Crown Heights Kosher Wine and Food Festival was held Sunday.
Organizers say they saw a great need for people in the community to learn about all the options that are available.
There was such a demand for the festival - with hundreds of tickets sold - that organizers had to find a bigger venue.
"So originally we planned for this to be at Wine By The Case on Empire in Crown Heights, but it grew so big that we had to rent out this venue on Flatbush Avenue, so we're really excited about the turnout," says curator Joseph Vogel.
Proceeds from the event will go to the Friendship Circle of Brooklyn, a nonprofit that supports children with special needs.
