Some residents who live on Sunnyside Avenue say they haven't received mail in three weeks. 

They say they've been told that the reason they're not getting mail is because of their stairs.

Residents say some mail carriers have suggested they bring their mailboxes down to street level. 

The Postal Service confirms there has been miscommunication concerning delivery on the street recently, and management is working with employees to make sure these miscommunications don't occur.

The residents say they hope the problem is fixed soon.
