The family of a Brooklyn woman who was hit and killed Sept. 27 met with the Kings County district attorney Monday to discuss charges in the case.

Officer Andrew Kelly, who was off-duty at the time of the crash, is suspected of driving while intoxicated when he hit Vionique Valnord. Sources say Kelly admitted to drinking at least six beers before getting behind the wheel, but his blood-alcohol level wasn't tested for seven hours following the crash.

A grand jury will convene Tuesday to decide whether Kelly will be charged with vehicular manslaughter and DWI.
