A presidential hopeful will be stumping in Brooklyn Wednesday.Senator Barack Obama (D-IL) will be attending an event at the Marriott Hotel. The event will kick off the senator's campaign push in the borough.A centerpiece of Obama's campaign is his call for change in Washington. He says he would focus on poverty and improve schools in urban areas such as Brooklyn. The Democratic presidential hopeful has also highlighted the fact that he voiced opposition to the war in Iraq before it began.Senator Hillary Clinton (D-NY), 2004 vice presidential candidate John Edwards, Governor Bill Richardson (D-NM) and Senator Chris Dodd (D-CT) are among the other candidates hoping to secure the Democratic nomination.
