The Department of Education unveiled a new partnership with the Jewish Children's Museum to educate kids about Jewish culture in an effort to combat a recent spike in antisemitism.

At a gala Wednesday night, guests celebrated 19 years of the museum's work to combat Jewish hate through education.

Some big names attended the event in support of the new partnership including, City Council Speaker Adrienne Adams and New York City Schools Chancellor David Banks.

Banks announced a new curriculum beginning next year that will be centered around tolerance and acceptance.

He also said it's his mission to get more public-school students to walk through the Jewish Children's Museum's halls.

The museum hopes, through education and exposure to new cultures, to breed change and acceptance among kids.
