A livery cab driver was killed Wednesday after a van involved in a police chase slammed into his cab in Brooklyn.
Police responded to a 911 call of a naked man exposing himself to a woman in Borough Park. Authorities say when officers arrived at the scene they spotted 58-year-old George Boos getting into a van near 46th Street and 9th Avenue. Boos sped off, ran a red light and slammed into a livery cab.
The cab driver, 35-year-old Luis Jativa, later died at Maimonides Hospital.
