A Dyker Heights playground reopened on Thursday after a nearly a year of renovations.
The Patrick O'Rourke playground reopened to the public on Thursday after receiving its first renovation since the 1990s.
The additions to the park included padded floors, brand new equipment and picnic tables.
The park also preserved a bear statue, one of its biggest attractions. A new cub was also added to the statue.
