Folk music fans in Brooklyn were in for a treat Thursday night at the Brooklyn Fiddle Summit!

Black string band legends the Ebony Hillbillies and others brought some unstoppable dance party energy to the summit for a night of joy.

Organizers say the event is a common denominator to two major musical traditions in New York City: the Jewish Klezmer style and African American folk music.
