Rita Piliero is a biology teacher at Cardinal Spellman High School. She has worked at the school for more than 30 years. She is also the moderator of the Go Green Garden Group at Spellman, and was the cross-country and track coach from 1983-1998.
Rita has been married for 32 years, and is the mother of two boys. She says she met her husband at Cardinal Spellman High School.
Rita has a BA from Herbert H. Lehman College and an MA from Teachers College, Columbus University.
