An older woman has been killed in a hit-and-run in Bath Beach.
The incident happened about 2 a.m. Wednesday.
Police say Fangchong Chen, 76, was crossing the street at 86th Street and 18th Avenue.
Police say she was in the crosswalk when a person on an electric scooter ran a red light and hit her.
Chen was taken to a hospital where she died.
Police are still investigating and have not arrested anyone in connection to the crash.
