The FDNY declared an electrical emergency after a nasty nor'easter left live wires draped on the sidewalks in Crown Heights.
Residents on Maple Street were evacuated and Con Edison was called in to make repairs. Officials say they expect power to be back on sometime Friday.
The powerful snowstorm only added to several thousand other power outages caused by Hurricane Sandy last week.
