Elizabeth police say witnesses saw a man throw two Molotov cocktails at an apartment building.
The county’s arson investigator said there was a “bottle cap with a wick and the smell of some form of accelerant.”
There were no injuries and no damage to any living spaces.
Authorities have not yet provided a description of a suspect.
