Nearly two years after 11-year-old Briana Ojeda died of an asthma attack, her family continues to fight to depose Police Commissioner Ray Kelly and one of his officers.The family is suing the NYPD after Briana died of an asthma attack, and officer Alfonso Mendez failed to perform CPR.
