Katherine Garcia’s family says she was killed on the Taconic State Parkway in Dutchess County, near Exit 37.
They say the New Windsor woman was found dead in her car by family members searching for her Sunday.
She was last seen heading to a party near Lagrangeville.
The cause of the crash is not yet known.
