A man who was injured in a tour bus accident that killed 15 people in The Bronx took the stand today.
Ren Yao, 63, said that nothing unusual happened before the accident last March on I-95 on the way back from Mohegan Sun casino in Connecticut. Two other survivors testified that the driver was not driving recklessly before he swerved into a pole. Ophadell Williams is facing several charges including manslaughter and reckless driving.
Yao is suing the bus company for damages after losing both of his arms.
