The father of a slain Truman High School football star was back before a judge yesterday.
Andre Muller entered a not guilty plea for second-degree murder and assault in connection with the death of his son, Isayah. The teenager was fatally stabbed when he got in the middle of a fight between his dad and two Bronx parking attendants.
In court, Muller and his lawyer received the indictment outlining the charges against him. Prosecutors say surveillance video clearly shows that Muller started the fight.
Muller's next court date is in late March.
