Fire officials say nearly 60 firefighters responded to the incident on Richards Street and extinguished the flames.
Footage of the scene shows heavy smoke billowing from the roof at around 1:20 a.m.
No injuries were reported, according to authorities.
Fire marshals are working to determine the cause of the fire.
